William is admitted to practice before the IRS as an CPA and has both a Master's in Taxation and a Master's in Accounting. He is well-versed in US Tax law and US Tax Court cases. He specializes in taxation of corporations, partnerships, and trusts, as well as individual taxation, and representation before the IRS regarding Tax Resolution, IRS audits, and appeals.

In addition he has over fifteen years of International experience working for large public and private U.S. Multinational and Foreign firms. Traveled extensively to Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile and Argentina to assist local management teams with numerous cost control and financial reporting projects in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US GAAP.
